The PranaVayu Yoga network is an open community of vinyasa teachers and students dedicated to the art of creative sequencing, exploration, and freedom of expression through yoga. Members come from all teaching styles and philosophies. We are explorers and innovators and believe that in order for Yoga to remain a living tradition, it must continue to adapt and grow. As each individual contribution to Yoga keeps it alive and flourishing, we strive to support each other in our mutual pursuits on the yogic path.
